Yes. Once digitization is complete, all originals are returned to you unless you've specifically requested secure destruction as part of a bundle like D&D.

How is my Family Vault kept private?

Your Family Vault is private to your household by default. Only people you specifically invite can access it, and we never sell, share, or use your content beyond what you authorize.

What if I have more videos than the largest subscription tier?

Reach out for a custom quote — larger libraries are common, especially with D&D and estate-settlement projects, and we'll build a plan around your specific volume.

Do you offer pickup, or do I have to ship everything?

Both. You can drop off at a partner location (see Drop-Off Locations), schedule a pickup, or ship to us directly.

What's the difference between the two Pre-Planning options?

Big Bang is one focused project, done quickly, for a flat fee. Guided Build-Out spreads the same work over 6 or more months, one category at a time, for a lower monthly payment. Both end with a fully built-out Family Vault.
